International Shipping Information

We at Hope Drums pride ourselves on customer service.  Great customer service does not end at the U.S.  border!  Hope Drums does ship most of the products that we sell internationally!  However, our online shopping cart is set-up only for US customers.  If you would like to place an order, please email me with a list of items  that you are interested in purchasing and the country that you wish the order to be shipped to.  I need not only the item, but quantity of each, because cost is based upon weight/value.

I ONLY use USPS Priority International for my international orders.  I WILL NOT allow you to "have your courier pick up" the order/items, as this is a common online scam practice.

Even though the shopping cart does not add the shipping total, that does not mean that you can not use it.  Please feel free to place an order using the online shopping cart system, however, you will receive a follow-up payment request, sent through PayPal from Hope Drums, and your order WILL NOT SHIP until that shipping cost is paid.  If the costs remain unpaid for 24 hours, the initial order will be canceled and your payment refunded.  It is MUCH easier to request a total and have us send you a custom invoice with all of the items AND the shipping cost on the same invoice.
