No Return / No Refund Policy

In order to keep our prices lower than our competitors,  Hope Drums operates under a no refund, no return policy.  I have operated this way since I started in 2001.  It is my job to help each and every customer choose the product that will best suit your individual need and price range.  I do my very best to help you find the right kit for you!

Many new customers have expressed their concern over this policy because they are unsure that they will like what they purchase.  I strongly suggest you search the internet, visit local drum shops and try out as many of the products as you can before you make your final selection.  I am always glad to answer ANY questions you may have about the products....Remember, I'm a drummer and I either use this stuff myself or have tried it out, so I usually know what works and what will do what!

Hope drums has very low overhead, in fact, most items are shipped factory direct!  Because I do tech support for Pintech, I am usually on the phone with their GM daily!

Even though Hope Drums has a NO RETURN / NO REFUND policy, because we are an Authorized Pintech and Hart Dealer, every product we sell does come with the full manufacturer's warranty!
