All Pintech Zenbal cymbals feature a natural feel playing surface that moves and feel like real cymbals. They mount on a standard cymbal stand and come with an Aquarian cymbal spring to allow a natural swing motion. They are very similar in design to the PC cymbals, in fact they are made from the same type of acrylic. But, the Zenbal like is cased in rubber to allow for silent play. These are the top choice of most of my customers for their solid black look and silent play. They are available in 10 and 14", Single (SZ) and Dual Zone (DZ), Chinas, Crashes, Splashes and Rides. The Zenbal cymbals also come in two different types of Hi-Hat Cymbals (shown below). The newer style is a two piece set that mounts on a standard hi-hat stand, the other an X-Hat style mounting. Dual zone cymbals come with a stereo cable, single zone cymbals are not supplied with a cable, but can be purchased. The Zenbal line also offers a 3-Zone ride for those who are using a TD12 or TD20 module; comes with two stereo cables.

Zenbal China Cymbals Zenbal Chinas Cymbals are a 14" inverted China cymbal. These are great for those of us who love to play rock and want our kit to look the part! They offer the same look and feel as the other Zenbal line cymbals. |

Zenbal 10" X-Hat Cymbals These are the original Zenbal Hi-Hat Cymbals. They are available in both single and dual zone. They are a fixed, closed hi-hat that is mounted on an x-hat cymbal arm (included). Since these are mounted closed on an x-hat, I call them X-Hats, not Hi-Hats. They are great for an additional hi-hat cymbal for tight spaces, but to me they were rough on the wrist for extended play as my primary hi-hats. The cool thing about them is that if you are using the newer hi-hats and these at the same time, you don't need an extra hi-hat controller! The one on the hi-hat stand will control both! |

Zenbal Hi-Hat Cymbals Pintech's newer Zenbal Hi-Hat Cymbals are a two piece hi-hat cymbal set that play, feel and sound just like acoustic cymbals. They come with the infamous VisuLite hi-hat controller that allows you to mount them to a standard hi-hat stand! These are the closest thing to real hi-hats that I have played on!! The control box allows each individual drummer to set the sound to match their playing style/preference. Pintech has just recently added a 10" pair to this line and a 14" with separate bell sound!! This is the most popular line of cymbals that I sell! After using them myself, I can tell you, these are very nice!! They were definitely a BIG improvement over the original series (see above).

These cymbals come with a small controller box that attaches to the hi-hat stand itself, allowing you to use a standard hi-hat stand, instead of a control pedal! The box connects to a small attachment that mounts to your hi-hat stand chain. I mounted this one to the front, but it can also be mounted on the other side, away from the pedal. |
