Ok folks...as you know I like to try out the new products that are available for us eDrummers. I give my honest opinion of the stuff and do not accept any type of payment for my reviews; if I like it, I'll tell you about it!! This is the most handy product/software that I have seen for us eDrummers in a while!! I recently purchased it to use on a TD8 that I was working on because I couldn't get my old MIDI OX program to run....I needed a quick solution, so I thought what the heck, I downloaded their trial version. In just a few minutes I was ready to buy!! What this product does is it allows you to save your drum kits to your pc in .syx format so that they can be stored and reloaded. This is an absolute must if you are using any of the V Expressions software!! I was able to upload the TD8's stock kits, with my trigger settings, to my PC. Then I was able to mix and match the 2 V Expressions packs (Elite and Session) along with a couple of the Roland stock kits that I liked to make one great line-up....the great thing is that I didn't loose my trigger settings!!!! It is a great way to back up your stored kits, if for some reason you have to do a factory reset, you won't loose your favorites (or those VEX kits that you paid $50 for)!!!
